It's the most wondeful time of the year!

This is by far my favorite time of the year although it is hard to feel festive with the 70 degree weather we've been having...but I'm not complaining! Yesterday Adri and I went down to falls park to walk around and soak up the sun. She had fun playing in the grass with two other little girls.

A few weekends ago we had our family portraits taken by White House Photography (the wife of one of jared's employees) She did a great job...here are a few of the shots but I'm leaving our Christmas card pic out!

And finally...Adri's Christmas photo I shot. She wasn't being too cooperative but I got one decent picture...and thats all it takes!

Thanksgiving

Jared and I decided to drive home for Thanksgiving. It's too hard to be away for the holiday....especially with the move still so fresh. We had an enjoyable time with our families and friends....and of course ate way too much! Look forward to coming home for Christmas (but not the 14 hour drive)!

Caesars Head State Park

Jared, Adri and I took a drive to this park a few weekends ago. It's about 45 mins north of Greenville.

10 months

Adriyana is exactly 10 months old today (well tonight at 7:39 lol) She now weighs 16lbs 14oz and is 28" long...still a little peanut. She's cutting one of her top front teeth...it's been fun, ha. Now Adri is starting to cruise around while holding the coffee table. She is getting more independent and brave each day....scary.

Visitors!

Adriyana's Great Grandma Powell, Grandma & Grandpa Abbott and Aunt Liana came to visit. We had a fun filled week....to start it off we went to Asheville, NC to see the Biltmore House. It was amazing.

9 months

Adriyana hit her nine month mark here a few weeks ago. Wow is time flying! She's is crawling all over, pulling up on everything and waving bye. She loves to walk around when you hold her hands....though she's still a bit wobbly. Adri does a lot of jabbering but no real words yet. I just made her nine month doc appt with a new pediatrician down here so I'll have her new stats next week.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

I should have posted this sooner but.....my good friend Darcey and her hubby Christian found out almost a month ago that they are expecting twins in the end of May....how exciting!! I know they both will be great parents and wish them all the best. LOVE YOU!

Boo in the Zoo

Well, the event was pretty much a bust....they didn't even have any of the animals out! So we ended up just walking around with Brandon, Ashley and the girls. It was fun to see all the cute costumes though.
