New news

Straight to the good stuff....we're moving back to NY....hopefully by November. It has been a year since we moved down to SC and in that short time we have learned a lot. Being self-employed is not all its cracked up to be...loads of responsibilities and stress. Jared has been working very hard to try and make this work but it just isn't. He is great at what he does and loves being creative with it so I know it's hard for him to give it up....the market for building in NY is nothing like it is here. More importantly we've learned that all the money in the world doesn't compare to our families. I love this city, the climate and the friends we've made but there's nothing like home in NY with our parents close by. Especially now that Adriyana is growing sooo fast I want them to share it with us!
Adri is learning new words everyday...I'd say her vocabulary is around 50 words. She has started making sentences like "Where is it/mommy/daddy" "There it/she/he is" "Come on, lets go" We are so blessed to have such a healthy, beautiful, mild-mannered child!!

Good lil model

Adriyana has been very good lately letting me practice my photography on her. It's very hard though to get her to look at the camera...but at least she will sit semi still for m&ms or a cookie :)

Jared's parents and sister Lianna came down to visit a few weeks ago. We had a busy, fun time with them and were sad to see them leave.
